With almost 20 years in a corporate America in a Fortune 100 company working across multiple functions, Michelle Mattingly had a front-row seat to leadership. She witnessed people thriving and people withering away their potential and learned the differentiator for achieving success was centered around leadership capability.
After almost a decade working as a Human Factors & Ergonomics Engineer on fighter jets, Michelle shifted gears to focus on people development stepping into a role of Learning Delivery Leader and Senior Program Manager responsible for leading delivery and integration for global leadership programs. Michelle has designed and facilitated leadership programs and shifted to an immersive role in the business as a Strategy & Integration Leader for Human Resources bringing leadership programs and counseling to the front lines of the business.
Michelle’s unique blend of expertise has allowed her to act as a change agent applying knowledge of human capabilities and limitations and translating strategic goals into actionable plans. Michelle has earned multiple degrees and professional certifications; however, she takes the most pleasure in seeing the positive outcomes in the lives of her clients.
